Tecnológico de Monterrey — Future Lab Mexico City

Future Lab — Spatial Branding & Workplace Experience

CHALLENGE

Translate the identity and purpose of Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Future Lab into a physical workplace environment, creating a space that reflected innovation, methodology, experimentation and future-oriented thinking while remaining aligned with strict institutional brand guidelines.

CONTEXT

The project focused on transforming the Future Lab workspace into a visual extension of the team’s work and philosophy.

The challenge was to balance the clean, structured language of Tecnológico de Monterrey’s corporate identity with a more experimental and conceptual visual narrative. The result was conceived as a showcase-like environment: minimal and professional, yet expressive enough to communicate the department’s focus on innovation, UX, methodologies, product development and future experiences.

Several visual directions were developed and presented to stakeholders before refining the selected concept for production and installation.

MY ROLE

Concept development, environmental graphic design and visual adaptation within corporate brand guidelines. I developed and presented creative directions to stakeholders, prepared production-ready artwork for large-format applications, coordinated specifications with suppliers and supervised installation through final implementation on site.

DELIVERABLES

Spatial concept development, environmental graphics, large-format window graphics, visual storytelling system, presentation concepts, production artwork, supplier coordination and installation supervision.
