BRIDGESTONE MEXICO / Employee Portal UX/UI Design

Employee Portal · UX/UI Design & Internal Digital Experience

The Challenge

Design the structure, functionality, and user experience of Bridgestone Mexico’s internal employee portal, creating a clear and efficient digital environment aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.

The project required close collaboration with Corporate Wellbeing leadership, internal stakeholders, engineers, and development teams to translate business and employee needs into an intuitive platform. The goal was to organize information, tools, resources, and internal communications into a cohesive experience that could be easily adopted across the organization.

My Role

I was responsible for the portal’s visual and user experience design, including information architecture, navigation, iconography, color system, section layouts, and interface components.

I also collaborated closely with the technical team throughout development, participating in functionality reviews, usability testing, and design adjustments to ensure the final platform was consistent, intuitive, fully operational, and ready to be implemented across Bridgestone offices and operations throughout Mexico.
