Local Campaign Adaptation & BTL Production

The Challenge

Adapt Garnier’s global campaign materials for the Mexican market while preserving the brand’s visual standards and ensuring every asset was properly prepared for local production and implementation.

As part of the agency team supporting Garnier’s campaign rollouts in Mexico, we developed local adaptations for product launches across retail, point-of-sale, BTL, print and large-format communication.

The scope also included internal sales communications and annual convention materials, such as hanging banners, campaign previews, keynote presentations and visual assets used by commercial teams to introduce new product launches.

Each campaign required translating global artwork into a cohesive local system, combining photographic retouching, layout adaptation and production preparation across multiple suppliers, formats and physical environments.

My Role

Adaptation and production of campaign graphics for the Mexican market, including master artwork for retail, point-of-sale, BTL and large-format applications.

My responsibilities included photographic retouching, layout adaptation, maintaining visual consistency across formats, preparing production-ready files, coordinating artwork requirements for different applications, and developing presentation materials for sales teams, conventions and internal campaign previews.
